Need to find a place central to family and events planned for our week long stay in So Cal. Upon searching AirBnB, this was the first to pop up. I immediately fell in love with this quaint and charming home with clean modern finishes inside. Located in a quiet neighborhood in South Pasadena, walking distance to Trader Joe’s in such a quiet neighborhood. I found local restaurants (I used to frequent like Shiro) and a nail salon minutes away.
The house so neat and organized. I felt right at home the moment we walked in. There was a starter kit of snacks and drinks and in house coffee maker. Loved that we could make breakfast and do our laundry before heading out for the day. Wendy stocked the house with supplies. There was nothing I needed.
She replies quickly, informed us about any garbage pick up days, gardeners arriving and pool cleaning days.
I had the best night sleep in the comfortable (dare I say Tempur pedi bed that molded to my body).

Firstly, the house, the location, the ambiance of the neighborhood all were amazing as correctly described in all the reviews. Wendy was an exceptional communicator, responding within minutes to my questions. We loved exploring South Pasadena and visiting local shops and restaurants. Shout out to Mike and Ann’s! There are lots of beautiful parks to explore nearby which we thoroughly enjoyed. Old Town Pasadena is minutes away and offers all you would expect of a great downtown. We had such a good visit we have already rebooked Wendy’s home for several weeks this summer!!

This is one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The location was great and walkable, super peaceful and private. Wendy was great host and even left snacks for me upon arrival! I’d love to come stay again sometime!

Can I stay here forever ?! We loved our stay and the house for a second time . Wendy is super responsive . The location is ideal . You can walk to Trader Joe’s , coffee shops , restaurants and so much more . Highly recommend .

Beautiful space and patio. Light and clean. Everything was perfect. Walkability to trails and restaurants was a five star. Wendy was a wonderful host and gave clear instructions on checkin and checkout. She made me feel welcomed.

i LOVED staying at Wendy’s pool house! Neighborhood is great and the house was cozy and quiet- i slept GREAT every night!
The place was very clean and very cute! Had all the amenities i could ask for and Wendy was always very responsive whenever i had any questions! Would 100% recommend and look forward to staying there again!

We loved everything about the house, so comfortable and pretty, well appointed and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that was only 2 miles from Old Pasadena. The yard and patio are also great, and the beds comfortable…and the kitchen was terrific for us who like to cook. We’ll stay here whenever we come back to Pasadena!

Wendy’s place was perfect for my parents. The neighborhood was walkable (Trader Joes right down the street is perfect:) quiet, peaceful and safe. The house had tons of room, kids books and games and we felt right at home. Can’t wait to come back!

Wendy’s property truly felt like a home away from home. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare a meal, including top-notch appliances. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet, and it’s conveniently located near shopping(including Trader Joe’s) and restaurants. Wendy was a wonderful host, very responsive and thoughtful. She even texted us one evening to let us know about a local farmers market. We hope to stay there again on our next trip to Pasadena.
